Let us tell you a bit about yellows because, whisper it so the other smoothies don’t hear, this one’s got a special place in our heart. Despite its bright color, yellows isn’t flashy, it’s just simply good. You get carrot, banana, mango and pineapple in every packet, plus a dash of cinnamon. It really is sunshine in a smoothie, so we thought, why not make a delicious vacation drink with it.
This piña coloda is best sipped by the beach, but you’ll also find us making it on dreary winter days when we want a taste of sunshine. yellows already brings a tropical flavor, but we’ve dialed it up with more pineapple – we’ve used frozen but if you can get your hands on fresh, go for it – and coconut milk.
Pour your piña colada over ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple. We’ll leave it up to you whether you want to add a dash of rum or not!
This recipe takes just 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes of total time.
